How to Pull It Off:
1. Get into guard position.
2. Options: Punches, Palm Strikes, Elbows, Heel Strikes, Knee Strikes
Punches: When opponent postures up, throw punches to face. Make sure to guard your face with other hand. If you’re throwing a hook, go that way with your head and torso.
Palm Strikes: Hold opponent’s head with one hand, do palm strikes with other. You can hit and immediately grapple.
Elbows: Lean right, pushing away on his neck. Release. When opponent is bringing head back, hit with elbow of other arm.
Heel Strikes: Do heel strikes to opponent’s thighs. You can combine these with the previous strikes.
Knee Strikes: Sit out to right side, then drive knee into ribs. Switch to other side and repeat.
See? When you’re on your back, you can do a lot more than just submissions. So many strike choices, it’s like you’re a kid in a candy store. A violent kid.
