How to Pull It Off:
1. Establish your stance.
2. Bring your right knee up.
3. Push your right foot out in a kick and snap it back down. Aim for the middle of the torso, connecting with the hard part of your foot (below your toes).
4. During this, keep your hands near your face to block.

Push Kick/Flying Knee:
1. After the Push Kick, let your right foot come back to the mat.
2. Lift your left knee up.
3. Jump, thrusting up your right knee into your opponent. Land on your left foot.

Push Kick/Roundhouse Kick:
1. After the Push Kick, let your right foot come back to the mat.
2. Turn slightly right and thrust your left foot up at your opponent’s chest. During this, throw your left hand down.

Push Kick/Takedown:
1. After the Push Kick, let your right foot come back to the mat.
2. Follow the motion, bringing your right knee down and to the mat, thrusting both arms forward for the takedown.
